Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Must be returned within the 30-day return window.
  • Not altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, and showing no signs of wear or damage.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • A clear photo and video are required to confirm the item's condition before we approve the return.
  • We cannot proceed with a return request without the required photo and video evidence.
  • Do not send returns without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.

If a return is initiated for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipment, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any customs clearance charges. The exact amount will depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

Failure to pay any applicable shipping, customs, duties, or clearance fees may result in the package being refused, abandoned, or destroyed. In such circumstances, the return will be deemed invalid and no refund will be issued.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo/video evidence of the item
  1. We will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
  2. Once shipped, send us the tracking number.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Please allow up to 30 business days for returns to reach our warehouse.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The package is destroyed due to an incorrect or insufficient address.
  • The item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, or returned in poor condition not present at the time of sale.
  • You fail to contact us within the 30-day return period.

A $10 USD restocking fee applies if the return is due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery and the item is returned to our warehouse.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item or need a different size, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
  • Follow the same steps above and clearly state your desired replacement.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee. The replacement will be sent free of charge once approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Email a clear photo or video to archerandbloom@gmail.com
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement with no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, or showing evidence of wear, scratches, or damage not present at the time of sale.

Rejected Returns

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
