What is the difference between the heat and the red LEDs?

Carbon-fibre heating provides the warmth you feel. The lining also contains 16 red LED points. Ember offers three heat settings; the red LEDs are a separate product feature, not a measurement of heat or proof of a treatment outcome.

How does Ember warm the nose area?

Ember uses carbon-fibre heating in a soft wrap positioned over the nose and upper cheeks. Choose from three heat settings with the on-wrap button, and start on the lowest.

Will it cover my eyes or mouth?

No. Ember is designed for the nose and upper cheeks. Its contoured shape leaves the eyes and mouth uncovered. The fabric section measures approximately 23 × 7 cm, and the ear loops adjust for fit.

Does it need to stay plugged in?

No. The wrap has a built-in 1100mAh rechargeable battery for cordless use. Follow the supplied charging instructions. Battery duration varies with the selected heat setting and use.

Can I use it while sleeping?

Use Ember while awake so you can monitor the warmth and adjust or remove it if needed. Start with the lowest setting, follow the supplied instructions and stop if it feels uncomfortable.

Shipping to Australia is free. Estimated dispatch is 2 business days after your order, with delivery estimated 7–10 business days from the order date. Delivery times can vary by location.
